Shipping policy

All Orders placed on www.AddElm.us are processed Weekdays (Monday-Friday) and shipped out within 1-3 business days.  Excluding major holidays and Weekends.

• Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. 
• Orders refused or returned as undeliverable when sent to the address provided by the customer, will result in a 10% restocking fee.
• It's the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping fee if we need to resend the order after it's returned to us (as the sender)
